14-day money-back guarantee

If Catalog Preflight is not right for you, you can get a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address on your Polar order confirmation.
2. Include the product name “Catalog Preflight” and your Polar order ID. Do not send your license key, payment card details or CSV catalog files.
3. We process the refund through Polar to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show it.

After a refund

A refund of a one-time purchase also revokes its paid benefit, so private report history stops working. Reports you downloaded remain on your device. The free browser review is always available.

Renewals and cancellation

There are no renewal charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends automatically 30 days after purchase or when the license expires, whichever comes first.

Requests after 14 days

After the 14-day period we review refund requests case by case, through Polar. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.
